Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) is different from the liquidated Federal Mortgage Finance Limited (FMFL).
Interest rate is fixed and does not change through out the duration of the loan.
Your contribution qualifies you for NHF loan irrespective of the amount contributed.
